As an independent third-party scrutineer, we observe the voting & polling process to ensure the relevant voting rules are complied with. We have undertaken the scrutiny responsibility for several public listed companies since the inception of the new ruling in 2016.

OUR TEAM

Backed by a pool of scrutineers with professional backgrounds (mainly MAICSA and MIA) and experienced poll assistants, Scrutineer has the required experience and track record to ensure that the polling process is duly conducted in an efficient and appropriate manner.
